Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates located in Canada, with a focus on our operations within Montreal, Quebec. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our merchant community. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing and reach.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in developing and managing social media campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is an asset for Montreal operations).
- Proven experience with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
