Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handlers to join our team in Coventry with an immediate start. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfillment center, involving the efficient handling, movement, and storage of products within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
