Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and safe handling of passenger luggage and cargo.
  • Coordinate with various airport departments, including flight crew, security, and cleaning services.
  • Respond to passenger queries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with reduced mobility.
  • Guide passengers to appropriate areas within the terminal.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
