Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport inquiries.
- Ensure the timely and safe handling of passenger luggage and cargo.
- Coordinate with various airport departments, including flight crew, security, and cleaning services.
- Respond to passenger queries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with reduced mobility.
- Guide passengers to appropriate areas within the terminal.
