Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
• Monitor and maintain strict compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to aesthetic standards.
• Handle guest feedback and reviews, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a branded hotel environment.

• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
