Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of event planning, from initial concept to post-event wrap-up.

  • Prepare event-related materials such as itineraries, guest lists, welcome packets, and promotional items.
  • Maintain accurate event records, databases, and contact lists.

  • Contribute to event marketing and promotion efforts.

Required Skills
