Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of Chanel products, brand history, and current collections to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always presentable and reflective of the brand image.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Assist with product displays, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
