Job Description

We are seeking diligent and efficient Material Packers to join our dynamic team in Henderson, Nevada. As a Material Packer, you will be responsible for the accurate and safe packaging of various products for shipment, ensuring they meet Amazon’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pack items according to specific order requirements and packaging guidelines.
• Inspect products for quality and damage before packing, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Operate machinery and equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, to move materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Scan and label packages correctly to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing goals and operational targets.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.

• Experience operating material handling equipment.
