Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Seasonal Fruit Harvest Farm Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in the Jacksonville area. This role is crucial to ensuring the timely and efficient collection of our high-quality fruit crops. As a seasonal farm worker, you will be involved in various aspects of the harvesting process, working outdoors in a dynamic agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities

• Hand-harvesting various fruit crops according to quality standards and efficiency targets.
• Carefully picking and handling fruit to prevent bruising and damage.
• Packing harvested fruit into appropriate containers or bins.
• Transporting filled containers to designated collection points.
• Assisting with field preparation, planting, and general farm maintenance as needed.
• Operating basic farm equipment under supervision, if required.
• Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
