Job Description

Join the Schreiber Foods team as a Factory Production Associate and play a vital role in bringing high-quality food products to consumers globally. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to start a career in food manufacturing, even without prior experience. You will be an integral part of our production line, learning various aspects of food processing, packaging, and quality control, all while upholding our rigorous safety and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the packaging and labeling of food products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures or willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or food production setting (preferred but not required).
