Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, from greeting them warmly to serving exquisite dishes and beverages. We offer visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Clear tables, clean and reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to satisfaction.
  • Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down for special events or banquets as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
  • Experience with POS systems commonly used in hotels.
  • Knowledge of international cuisine and beverage pairings.
