Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social media professional who is looking to make a significant impact on our clients’ digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for assigned client accounts.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid social advertising.
- Monitor, listen to, and engage with our online communities and audiences.
- Analyze social media data and metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, PR) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to client industries.
- Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 4 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO principles.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Strong content creation skills (writing, visual storytelling).
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform strategy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Certifications in social media marketing or digital advertising (e.g., Meta Certified Professional, Google Ads).
- Experience in an agency environment working with multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with international market social media strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
