Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English-Speaking Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our food and beverage operations, ensuring guests have memorable dining and bar experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Prepare and mix drinks at the bar, adhering to recipes and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant areas.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions with precision.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas and bar stations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
