This is an entry-level position where no prior bartending experience is required. We believe in nurturing talent and will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this exciting role. You’ll learn to craft a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and prepare a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests at the bar and lounge areas.
• Process orders and payments accurately using a POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and supplies.
• Adhere to all provincial liquor laws and regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and recommend beverages.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering as directed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills

• No prior bartending experience required (full training provided).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hiring).
• Basic knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages.
