Job Description

As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting various skilled trades, maintaining a safe and clean worksite, and supporting overall project efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Perform general labor duties, including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Organize and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and accessible manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
- Support the efficient flow of materials and resources on site.
- Prepare work areas for construction activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Basic understanding of safety practices on a construction site.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
