As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting various skilled trades, maintaining a safe and clean worksite, and supporting overall project efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
• Perform general labor duties, including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Organize and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and accessible manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
• Support the efficient flow of materials and resources on site.
• Prepare work areas for construction activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Basic understanding of safety practices on a construction site.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a general labor role, even if not construction-specific.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification (can be obtained after hire).
