Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties within the packaging department.
• Operate and monitor packaging machinery under supervision.
• Inspect products for quality control and adherence to standards.
• Package finished goods according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging role.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment.
