Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and efficient General Labor – Packaging Associate to join our team in Missoula, Montana. This role is crucial for ensuring our products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently, meeting all quality standards before distribution. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high levels of productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Inspect products for quality defects and ensure correct packaging procedures are followed.
• Load and unload materials and products onto production lines and pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and labeling packaged goods.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging role.
• Experience operating forklift or pallet jack (certification a plus).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
