Job Description

We are seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated Teachers across all subjects to join our esteemed educational institutions in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across various subjects in line with curriculum standards and school policies.
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with parents.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student success and well-being.
• Actively participate in professional development programs, staff meetings, and school community events.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly and productive learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of extra-curricular activities and school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all educational and safeguarding regulations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Valid teaching license/qualification from country of origin.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong pedagogical knowledge, including understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Effective classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology into the curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or a specialized subject.
• Experience teaching in an international school setting with a diverse student population.
• Familiarity with British, American, IB, or similar international curricula.
• Certification in a specific subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Arts, Humanities).
• Experience with distance learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
