Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inventory shipments, verifying counts and inspecting for damage.
• Accurately sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency, using handheld scanners or other equipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing.
• Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Basic computer navigation skills (for scanner use).

Preferred Qualifications
