Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Operatives at our state-of-the-art facility in Hamburg, Germany. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the aerospace industry, even without prior experience or a specific degree. Fluency in English is required for effective communication within our diverse international team. You will play a crucial role in the assembly and production processes of world-class aircraft, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks in the assembly and production lines according to detailed work instructions.
• Operate basic machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and reporting any issues, defects, or deviations from quality standards.
• Ensure all work is carried out in strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate actively in all required training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist with material handling, inventory management, and logistics tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or blueprints (training will be provided).
• Forklift operator certification or experience operating other industrial vehicles (beneficial but not a requirement).
