Key Responsibilities

• Operate various production and warehouse equipment after proper training.
• Perform general assembly, sorting, and packaging of products or materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Load and unload freight, packages, and materials manually or with equipment.
• Scan and track packages using handheld devices or other scanning equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production and distribution goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kg) regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic communication skills to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment (even if informal).
• Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks.
