Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Security Guard & Retail Staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, assets, personnel, and customers, while also assisting with retail operations to provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Apprehend trespassers and violators when necessary, following established protocols.
• Provide assistance to customers and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Help with retail tasks such as stock management, merchandise display, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations according to company procedures.
• Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to observe and recall details.
• Basic computer literacy for report writing and surveillance monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive security training.
• Age 21-45 years (as per UAE security regulations).

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are an advantage.
• Valid driver's license.
