Join the ISS Facility Services team as a Part-Time Office Cleaner / Custodian in Manchester. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our client’s office premises. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in facilities management or seeking a flexible part-time opportunity. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant and healthy working environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of office floors, common areas, and restrooms.
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and supplies are replenished.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes/break rooms, including wiping down surfaces and emptying bins.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Follow specific cleaning schedules and instructions as provided.
