Job Description

We are actively seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to contribute to our various construction projects. Successful candidates will perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, operating hand and power tools, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in building and heavy construction projects.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Assist craft workers, such as carpenters, masons, and plumbers, with their tasks.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to grade specifications.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and braces.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on the construction site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction principles and safety practices.
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely.
