Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operations Associates for the day shift. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently perform an array of tasks such as receiving and stowing products, picking and packing customer orders, and shipping packages.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) after receiving appropriate training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Accurately complete tasks and document work as required.
- Perform general physical activities in a warehouse setting, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast production speeds.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
