Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform an array of tasks such as receiving and stowing products, picking and packing customer orders, and shipping packages.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) after receiving appropriate training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Accurately complete tasks and document work as required.
• Perform general physical activities in a warehouse setting, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast production speeds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
