Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospitality Trainees / Bellmen at our luxurious resort on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to rooms.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis, car rentals, and limousines.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Support the Front Office team with various tasks, contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages for guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the luxury standards of The St. Regis.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures of the hotel.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
