Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Production & Warehouse Associates to join our team at Gigafactory Texas. You will be an integral part of our production and warehouse operations, contributing to the assembly, movement, and quality control of our groundbreaking products. Key Responsibilities
- Operate various manufacturing machinery and equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on products and components at different stages of production.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, trucks, and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and stocking materials.
- Package finished products according to specifications for shipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work all assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
