Job Description

We are urgently seeking motivated and reliable English-speaking Factory Staff to join our dynamic team at our Hamburg facility. This is an immediate start opportunity for individuals who are ready to contribute to the production of world-class aircraft components and assemblies. As Factory Staff, you will play a crucial role in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point into the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to training and standard operating procedures.
• Perform assembly tasks, component fitting, and basic mechanical work on aircraft parts.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of components, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of supplies and finished products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Follow precise instructions and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in tasks.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve standing for long periods, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (e.g., automotive, aerospace, heavy industry).
• Basic technical understanding or aptitude for mechanical tasks.
• Ability to understand and speak basic German (A2 level or higher).
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Forklift operation certification (advantageous but not required).
