Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service across all assigned areas, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for our guests.
• Perform duties as a Waiter/Waitress, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining dining area cleanliness and presentation.
• Execute housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist in kitchen operations as a Kitchen Helper, supporting chefs with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and organizing supplies.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Russian, Chinese).
• Certification in hospitality or related fields.
