Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas.
• Assist with the unloading and storage of deliveries.
• Remove trash and maintain garbage areas.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
• Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Current Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment.
