Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify control deficiencies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
• Support the preparation of compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate internal and external audits related to GRC frameworks.
• Provide advice and guidance on compliance matters to various business units.
• Manage and track remediation efforts for identified compliance issues.
• Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a GRC, compliance, or risk management role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, FCA, SOX).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, GRCA, CRISC).
• Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer).
• Prior experience within financial services, consulting, or a highly regulated industry.
