Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated General Helper to join our operational team in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. This immediate start position offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. The General Helper will be responsible for providing essential support across various departments, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with logistics, and supporting skilled trades where needed, contributing to a positive environment for both staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Support maintenance teams with basic tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and assembly.
- Ensure all work areas are kept tidy, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task completion and any issues encountered.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment or furniture for events or operational needs.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support daily operations.
