Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that meet curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student academic and social development.
• Participate in professional development activities, faculty meetings, and extracurricular programs.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Implement school policies and procedures, ensuring a disciplined and respectful learning atmosphere.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Strong subject matter expertise and passion for teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching license or certification from a recognized authority.
• Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB, British, American).
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic).
