Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers for all subjects to join our esteemed faculty on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across all subjects in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure comprehensive student development and well-being.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities and wider community.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Stay updated with best practices in education and subject-specific pedagogy.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject area with a teaching qualification/license.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom for enhanced learning.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and educational best practices.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., IB, British, American).
• Familiarity with the UAE educational landscape and cultural context.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, French).
