Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
• Perform routine quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 20 kg regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• No prior warehouse experience is required; full training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar operational or labor-intensive role (e.g., retail, manufacturing).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Arabic.
