Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is crucial for ensuring Dell Technologies adheres to internal policies and external regulations, managing risks, and maintaining strong governance practices across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in GRC frameworks, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. This position offers visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain GRC policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
- Support the implementation and management of GRC tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business units to integrate compliance requirements into daily operations.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide training and awareness programs on GRC topics to employees.
- Participate in incident response planning and investigations related to compliance breaches.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a GRC Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, CCPA.
- Experience with GRC software solutions (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT.
- Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
- Project management experience in a GRC context.
