Job Description
Are you ready to join a fast-paced, energetic team that helps power Amazon’s world-class logistics network? We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to support our operations across all shifts. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This role involves general labor, including packaging, material handling, and various production tasks, ensuring products are moved efficiently and safely through our facility to reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute products within the warehouse
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, moving products to designated areas
- Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (with training)
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks as needed
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
