Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English-Speaking Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team in Hamburg. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant areas.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting (minimum 1 year).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of common cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.
- Certification in bartending or hospitality management.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Previous experience in a hotel environment.
