Job Description

No previous experience is required – we provide comprehensive, paid training from day one to ensure you have all the skills you need to succeed. This is an immediate start position on a day shift, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products safely and accurately within the warehouse
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment
- Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring items are correctly labelled and prepared for dispatch
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) if certified and required, or after receiving training
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues as needed
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs) frequently throughout the shift
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work required shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment (not mandatory)
- Experience using handheld scanners or other inventory management tools
