Job Description

Mission Hill Family Estate Winery is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Vineyard Workers to join our team for the upcoming pruning season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about agriculture, viticulture, or outdoor work to contribute to the creation of premium wines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards, working closely with our experienced viticulture team. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided, making this an ideal entry point for those looking to start a career in the wine industry or gain valuable agricultural experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed winter pruning of grapevines according to established standards.
  • Assist with canopy management tasks as directed by vineyard supervisors.
  • Participate in general vineyard maintenance, including weeding and trellis repair.
  • Operate hand tools and basic vineyard equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational goals.
