Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials with accuracy.
• Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and carry up to 49 lbs. independently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality are essential.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
