Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials with accuracy.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 49 lbs. independently.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality are essential.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
