Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify compliance gaps across various business units.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate their impact on existing processes and controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on GRC status, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed GRC best practices into daily operations.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of compliance issues and incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on GRC-related topics.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of GRC tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GRC, compliance, risk management, or audit role.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial services or consulting industry (e.g., GDPR, FCA regulations, ISO 27001).
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, GRCP).
• Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream).
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment.
