Job Description
Join Shopify as a Remote Part-Time Customer Support Agent & Creative Assistant. This unique role combines direct customer interaction with support for our creative teams. You will be the first point of contact for our merchants, providing exceptional support and guidance, while also assisting our creative directors with various projects, from content organization to basic design support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and efficient customer support to Shopify merchants via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve merchant inquiries and issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Assist creative directors with content organization, asset management, and project coordination.
- Support the creative team with minor graphic adjustments, presentation preparation, and research tasks.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
- Contribute to improving customer support processes and creative workflows.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
