Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses across client operations and financial portfolios.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on risk mitigation strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators and emerging risks.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk considerations into business processes and strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Lead client engagements, managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM).
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify key risk drivers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in risk modeling software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA, PRM).
• Experience working within a consulting firm or financial services institution.
• Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial sector (e.g., Solvency II, Basel III).
• Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
