Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- For Retail Staff:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, shelving, and inventory checks.
- Promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- For Security Guard:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Inspect and patrol property to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to emergencies and alarms, providing assistance as needed.
- Control access points, verifying credentials of personnel and visitors.
- Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment for shoppers and staff.

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
