Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English-Speaking Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant team at Hilton Munich Park. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service across our dining outlets, including our renowned restaurant, bars, and event spaces. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from setting up dining areas to serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements as needed.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Clear tables and prepare them for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for various events.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

Required Skills

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – German language skills are not required for this specific role.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, or Bartender.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A hospitality-related certificate or diploma.
