Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Material Handler & Production Associate in Calgary, Alberta. Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using various material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
• Perform general labor tasks including sorting, picking, packing, and assembling products according to established procedures.
• Operate production line machinery and equipment as required, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Inspect products for quality control and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and production operations.
• Accurately complete documentation and logs as required.

Required Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading instructions and completing forms.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site for various shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends) as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment (even if informal).
• Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (not required, but an asset).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
