Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across various subjects in line with the curriculum standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate academic growth.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development and well-being.
• Participate in professional development programs, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject area with a teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or relevant subject.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., IB, British, American).
