Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor, assisting with luggage handling and transportation.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Safely and efficiently operate hotel vehicles when required for guest transport or errands (if applicable, with valid driving license).
• Support front desk operations during peak times, including check-in/check-out assistance.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (optional but a strong asset).
