Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives for day shifts in our Manchester fulfillment center. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Load and unload products from trucks and containers, using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
• Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and quality checks as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, instructions, and perform simple calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed, especially during peak periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role.
• Experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
