Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable General Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in a dynamic industrial environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our production lines, ensuring the efficient and safe assembly, packaging, and movement of our world-class automation products. Key Responsibilities
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently to assemble components.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and materials, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Move materials and finished products within the production facility using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, if certified).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
